General requirements of the medical waste incinerator

• 100% new equipment, manufactured since 2020
• The device has full markings, labels, origin, equipment originating in Vietnam is prioritized.
• The manufacturer is fully certified with valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 certifications.
• Domestically manufactured equipment must have a Certificate of Intellectual Property and Declaration of Factory Standards of the manufacturer.
• Provide a full user’s manual of the device
• Provide a full description of the technology diagram, packaging, specifications and main components of the device.
• Power supply: 1 phase, 220V/50Hz
• The device dimensions are suitable for the location and installation area at the medical facility.
• Trial operation, instruct the staff of medical facility to use the device.
• The quality of the output gas meets the national technical standards QCVN 02: 2012/BTNMT on medical waste incinerators issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
• The functional unit performs output emission inspection, in accordance with the application for permission to operate the incinerator when it is accepted and handed over.
• Provide a full quote for incinerator maintenance/year after the warranty period.

Medical waste incinerator Mediburn 08 – XX complies with QCVN 02: 2012/BTNMT standard. Medical waste incinerator MEDIBURNER 08-20W  applies TCCS 124:2018/HONG PHAT TECH CO., LTD dated April 20th, 2018.

The device adjusts gas for each burning chamber to fit the density of each cycle. The incinerator is controlled by an electronic system based on “Burning time” which is suitable for the density of each cycle and selected by the operator to save time and fuel.
