Can automatically detect water shortage and supply water even in the case of high-pressure steam generators.
When sterilization cycle ends, heat exchanger converts saturated steam into water before discharging it to the outside, with efficiency of approx. 97%.

Pressure range of water source for heat exchanger: from 0.1 kgf/cm² to 10 kgf/cm²

Display alphanumeric parameters such as temperature, pressure via LCD screen.

Safety system:

The program automatically checks for errors and warnings, with warnings on TFT-LCD touchscreen:
Sterilization program is not selected
Door of sterilization chamber is not closed or closed incorrectly
No compressed air or lack of air: the device stops generating steam, stop working
Vacuum pump is overloaded: the device stops working
Insufficient water for the steam generator during the sterilization cycle
Phase loss, phase reversal, too low power voltage
Defective temperature sensor, defective pressure sensor
The pressure of the steam generator exceeds 3.8 kgf/cm², the safety valve will automatically open
The pressure of the sterilization chamber exceeds 2.8 kgf/cm², the safety valve will automatically open
Lack of water supplying for vacuum device or without
The safety latch automatically closes when the sterilization chamber has a pressure of ≥ 0.2 kgf/cm² and automatically opens when the pressure of sterilization chamber is balanced with the outside pressure.
Warning for insufficient pressure of steam generation chamber.
The device automatically stops when completing the sterilization program and the pressure in the chamber is at a safe level of ± 0.1kgf/cm²
There is an electric emergency stop button: the sterilizer chamber’s steam relief valve opens, the power is disconnected and the device stops working.
Mechanical emergency drain valve (even in case of power failure).
